EDGE was one of the companies invited to participate in the Social Lab in Secure Societies promoted by the European project NewHoRRIzon on April 10 and 11, in Brussels.
Led by the VTT Research Centre of Finland, the Social Lab gathered 15 participants from the governmental, scientific and industrial sectors to debate the responsibility, the accountability and the ethics in the research area for the specialised domain of public safety and security. EDGE has shared its wide experience in participating in research and innovation projects in the security domain, namely with respect to the activities that stem from the European project SPHINX.
EDGE's involvement in activities of cross-fertilisation and knowledge sharing is a fundamental part of the company's dissemination and international promotion strategy, in what concerns the participation to European and international projects affected to EDGE's markets of interest.
