EDGE wishes a happy holidays season to all its clients and partners.
In 2019, EDGE accelerated the development of its eCare Ambient Assisted Living Platform that combines wellbeing, environmental and real world data to assist the creation of intelligent ambiences capable of stimulating healthier lifestyles and improved quality of life. Issues related with cybsersecurity were explored, duly framed with the work developed in the European project SPHINX, as well as the opportunities related with the integration of 5G technologies. The end of the year brought two excellent news: the funding approval for the European project AIMES to develop emergency services with innovative Internet-based capabilities and the beginning of the European project SHAPES that ambitions to create an innovative ecosystem of digital solutions to support and extend the autonomy and independence of older individuals, to be tested across Europe with the help of thousands of older individuals. Based on the positive results of 2019, EDGE is fully confident on the company's future growth estimates.
