In the last months, the SHAPES partners have developed efforts to gather the contributions of the different users of the SHAPES Platform across Europe, including older individuals, healthcare and social cate professionals and providers of health and social care services, in order to identify a set of requirements for the design and implementation of the SHAPES Platform and its digital solutions.
Based on the eight personas and thirteen general use cases developed in SHAPES, the user requirements for the SHAPES Platform address several functional and technical aspects, cybersecurity and data protection specifications, the ethical and legal domain associated to the multinational settings and the pan-European framework and the subjects related to the SHAPES Platform’s market entry and positioning.
EDGE will continue to contribute to the effort of identifying and cataloguing the user requirements for the SHAPES Platform in the upcoming months, accompanying the analysis and definition of a new concept of operations for integrated care in Europe, the design of the SHAPES technological platform and the adaptation of the digital solutions supporting the SHAPES vision on the development of capabilities that support and extend the autonomy and independency of older individuals.
