In December 2020, the European Project SHAPES publishes its first Open Call, allowing for third-parties to join the SHAPES Consortium through an application of their innovative digital solutions as a valuable asset for the SHAPES ecosystem, by making a positive difference in the protection of the independency and autonomy of older individuals.
With a duration of 3 months, this application programme aims to gather the interest of suppliers in six themes: urine analysis, nutrition monitoring, hydration monitoring, connected devices for health and wellbeing, chatbots with speech function and solutions for social support in local communities. An open topic completes the full scope of the Open Call, enabling the application of solution providers that dwell in other intervention areas with respect to older individuals’ care delivery.
The winning applications will receive 50 thousand euro to adapt their solutions to the SHAPES Platform and to take part in the large-scale piloting activities dedicated to the European-wide demonstration and validation of the SHAPES Platform and digital solutions, to be started from the end of 2021.
